Oceanic Bank Ogbomosho office commences operation

The Executive Director of the bank in charge of Lagos and West, Mr. Kola Ayeye gave the assurance in his address of welcome during the opening ceremony of the new branch of the bank in Ogbomosho, Oyo state.
He said that the bank would always strive to lift the economic well being of its customers by providing banking services tailored towards the need of the low income level individuals and small scale entrepreneurs, as well as big time investors. The Executive Director explained that the decision to open the new branch is part of the expansion project of the bank undertaken to bring the banking services closer to the community people. He stated that the people of Ogbomosho would now have quality and efficient banking services at their door step because “Oceanic Bank is not just a bank, but a very unique and dynamic one, which is why the executive governor himself is the one commissioning it. “Oceanic Bank is a bank for development, we have partnered to develop infrastructure in states, we assist investors and partner with various businessmen on how their businesses can grow bigger, and our customers know us for this, this is the kind of services that the people of Ogbomosho and its environs would now begin to enjoy”, he stressed. In line with the dynamism of Oceanic Bank, Mr Ayeye disclosed that the bank has decided to create another zone Oyo Region Two to take care of the banking needs of the Ogbomosho and beyond. Declaring the branch open, the Oyo state governor, Otunba Adebayo Alao-Akala expressed delight at the opening of the branch in Ogbomosho maintaining that Oceanic bank is one bank he could vouch for its quality service.
He described as strategic the Ogbomosho branch because the town is the second largest in Oyo state and has potentials for market growth. The governor said the news of the bank’s wonderful showing has been all over the place and would want to go into partnership with for the infrastructural development of the state. Said he: We appreciate the good works the Oceanic Bank is doing in Nigeria and beyond, they are financing projects, building airports, and helping people to realise their dream, we also want this type of assistance in Ogbomosho. “Come and help us to develop Oyo state too and Ogbomoso in particular, Ogbomosho is the second largest town in Oyo state and is strategically located. Our administration will play its own part in partnering with you, and we have no doubt that the relationship will be beneficial to all parties involved.”
The branch manager Segun Eleboda, in his vote of thanks described the opening of the branch as the beginning of a new dawn in the business of innovative and high tech services.
